All eyes on the White-throated Thrashers’ nests

Nid de Moqueurs gorge-blancheIt’s during the middle of the White-throated Thrasher’s breeding season that the action unfolds ...

A team made up of representatives of the various partners (LPO, Regional Nature park of Martinique, Le Carouge, AOMA) works its way through the Caravelle forest searching for nests, new or abandoned, of the White-throated Thrasher. Nid de Moqueurs gorge-blancheThe task will continue until the end of September ; its final objective being to establish exactly where the thrasher’s required natural breeding environment is found, and what its characteristics are.

Until then. We must keep our eyes open …
