Awareness weekends

At the weekends, GEPOG and its volunteers meet up on Kaw mountain’s Guianan Cock-of-the-rock trail during the bird’s breeding season. Such occasions give the association a chance to present new improvements made to the site, to share information gathered on the biology and ecology of this emblematic species, and to make visitors aware of how to behave in order to see the species under the best conditions.
