Sixth workshop on promoting the savannas

On March 24th, the working group on promoting the savannas met for a final workshop (number 6!) at the Maison de la Nature of Sinnamary.
The participants met the sound director in charge of creating the recordings to be used along the trail, sounds to accompany the physical structures put in place by the designer.

This was an occasion for discussing the background sounds, the strange and unique noises of the savannas, to suggest names for them, to review the questions which had been posed during meetings with local people, and to think of an emblem/mascot for the trail.

The Sonart agency will be in French Guiana for three weeks, notably in Sinnamary and Iracoubo, accompanying the workshop participants in constructing the audio files.
