[Video] SEOR: a look back over the five years of the programme

A few weeks before the end of the Life+ Cap DOM programme, François-Xavier Couzi, Director of SEOR revisits some of the key points of the project. One of the most important benefits is, in his opinion, the setting up not only of a network of ’inter-DOM’ activities but also the systematic integration of the key personnel from each of the different territories.
